They have almost 40% of market share in this niche of computer enthusiasts and very strong reputation among the community of computer modders. The challenge they are facing is how to develop the brand that will help them enlarge the market and go mainstream.

Above is a roadmap of the journey we’re doing together. We started with branding workshops, defining values, vision and mission. Then we aligned branding with marketing strategy and product development strategy.

 

We implemented a masterbrand strategy -- the parent brand influences the identity of the product lines, although they are targeting different customers. EK as a recognisable brand name that aligns all of the individual products under the organisation's brand position.
