My career journey has included pivotal roles in companies dealing with renowned brands such as AMD, Armani, Burberry, and Nike. My areas of specialization encompass retail strategy, brand development, customer experience enhancement, and the seamless integration of technology within the retail industry, crafting captivating customer journeys.

 

My primary focus lies in strategic branding, and I excel in harnessing technology and data for holistic, integrated solutions. Specializing in premium brand strategy, I assist clients in achieving a price premium through a meticulously devised branding approach.

 

My career has been shaped in multicultural, multidisciplinary environments, allowing me to cultivate a network of creative individuals driven by a shared passion for strategic thinking and business development. We're a boutique agency with an international network of professionals hailing from various interconnected fields. Guided by the philosophy that we're an extension of your business, we collaborate closely with you to aid in its growth. This approach is why we typically work with just one or two clients at a time. We thrive on immersing ourselves in your business, understanding it from within.

We don’t believe in standardised recipes. The DNA of every brand's story should continue to impact the company’s future. Our creative process always starts with having a potential customer in mind, a person that has a multitude of possibilities in today’s retail environment. And when developing the strategy we always consider the maturity of the brand, the resources of the company and the specifics of the country we are targeting.

We’re also very analytical. Working mostly in retail, we get feedback every day, as soon as you unlock the front door and customers enter, or choose not to. We capture data from every touch point, and turn that information into action, a marketing process busted with creativity, optimised to move your business forward.
